It is located in Gerani village peaceful area, 14 km west of Chania and 2 km from the cosmopolitan Platanias on the north coast of Crete. It is ideally placed in order to have fun or quiet by choice. The unspoiled beach of Careta-Careta turtle is 300m from the estate where you may enjoy swimming. At 2 km west there is Maleme, famous as main scene for the Battle of Crete in 2nd World War.

The location offers possibilities for hiking or biking and generally nature loving activities plus you may explore the whole west Crete and its merits such as Falasarna beach, Elafonissi beach, Samaria Gorge, Therisso Gorge and the cloisters of Moni  Gonia, Chryssoskalitissa, Moni Preveli, Agia Triada and Gouverneto.
